I tried changing the countries on the link to UK and USA and back, but still cannot I looked around and found that the reason I cannot access the actual reply may have something to do with me being based in the UK but going through the USA support request. I clicked on that but, that only shows me the logs of the message I originally sent and the automated reply and message with the same link I cannot get access to. I tried the latter and was sent another email with a link. website and provide the information that is requested To try another way to view this case online, visit the Myemailaddress, does not match the primary name that was used to create the support request. " myemailaddress is not allowed to view this incident" or However I was not able to access the link because I kept getting messages saying I did receive a reply directing me to in which to view the answer. I do not use any programs to access my emails, only the outlook website. When I logged into my account yesterday I had over 1000 failure notification messages in my Junk folder from from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and more were being received by the minute.
